Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine are the some of the oldest evidence-based medicines. Modern pharmacology has roots in herbal medical modalities. Chinese Herbal Medicine in particular can be an incredibly effective way to target an underlying chronic issue, but it can also be used for things like common cold or flu. Sometimes herbs need many months to work slowly (like a growing a garden) and sometimes they work quickly to clear out a pathogen (like weeding said garden).

Haley Bott holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. In addition to treating chronic and acute pain, Haley is trained in advanced OB/GYN acupuncture and has a special interest in reproductive health and postpartum/perinatal care.

She began her clinical career with the Acupuncture Relief Project in rural Nepal, where she provided primary health care in a community setting. Haley first sought acupuncture to help manage an autoimmune condition and chronic pain. Alongside treatment, she discovered the importance of body mechanics through weight lifting and found balance through yoga, which she has practiced for over a decade. These experiences continue to shape her approach to supporting her patients with curiosity and a desire to help them achieve their goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, Haley enjoys rock climbing, swimming, yoga, spending time outdoors, and cooking with friends.
